here's a better start
https://msu.edu/~tyrrell/theogon.pdf
That one is decent, don't read Pope for Homer tho. Go with Fitzgerald.
Don't follow the shitty philosophy section either. Read Magee's Story of Philosophy.
How much Greek phil do you want to read?
All of it?
Just enough to get a gist?

Why would you ever torture yourself like that

Thanks for the tips. I want to read a fair amount of Greek phil, a bit more than just a gist but maybe not every single work by Aristotle and Plato. I've read and enjoyed a few of Plato's dialogues already but that's about it.

What's so torturous about that?

Thanks a lot, I'll write all these down and start with these when I get to philosophy.
