Do you guys ever feel guilty about not applying any of the knowledge and insight you've gained from literature and philosophy into something tangible? Like there's all this potential within you that you're not developing and realizing.
If you can't you did it wrong.
Do you have an exemple ?
I mean there are a lot of facts and concepts that you can't use but I wouldn't call it insight or related to philosophy.

Idk
I just feel like reading has exposed me to all of these grand ideas and really influenced my way of thinking about the world, but currently it's all just relegated to my mind. I want to feel like all of this is pushing me toward something rather than just intellectual masturbation.
