hey guys who posted about travesty the other day, I just finished it. what was the deeper meaning? it was interesting. is the main character god? judging the poet for his sins? I was surprised by the quality of the writing. you would think more people would have read this book. it's neat and evil.

Haven't read any Hawkes. Was thinking about picking up The Blood Oranges about two months ago but I got The Ice-Shirt instead.
