Is Chan-Wook Park /lit/-approved? Used to be my favourite director when I was 16-20 and really into film, the whole vengeance trilogy was god-tier for me. A couple of his others were a bit weaker though.

Just curious, /lit/ tends to have very high standards when it comes to art. I actually liked Sympathy for Mr Vengeance just as much as Oldboy. Not quite so stylish, but more hard-hitting.
