Now that I finished this list where do I go next?
What are your favorite books which aren't on this?
>Pedro Paramo, by Ruolfo
>The Book of Sand, by Borges (if you liked The Aleph)
>Severin's Journey into the Dark, by Leppin
>The Obscene Bird of Night, by Donoso
>short stories by Mark Twain (and if you like them, then The Mysterious Stranger)
>Cat's Cradle, by Vonnegut

I second Pedro Paramo. Rulfo only wrote 2 books. Pedro Paramo and El llano en llamas. Both are generally sold together, at least in my country, and both are very recomendable, and not very long at all.
I am surprised by how highly ranked Dubliners is. I owned it as a kid and found it extremely boring.
