There are no science courses created specifically for arts students though.

granted I was leaning toward a stem major originally, i still took the basic introductory courses for calc, bio, chem, and phys and passed them all no prob, As and Bs. Its pretty easy to satisfy a science requirement with those beginner courses, even more if you take something like natural science course.

Here's the description for the one at mine.
>Physics 1021 - Conceptual Physics for Non-Scientists
>The concepts of physics are presented without mathematics. The topics include motion, force, mass, energy, momentum, rotational motion, heat, sound, electricity, magnetism, optics, lasers, and relativity. Demonstrations are an important component. This non-laboratory course is particularly suitable for Arts and Humanities and Social Science students.
And just so you know here's the only writing course for science students that I can find. It says right there it's specifically about writing lab reports and essays and stuff like that. OP's class just sounds like general writing.
>Writing 2131F/G - No Bones About It: Writing for the Sciences
>Writing in the Sciences introduces students to the basic principles and genres of writing required for science students in their undergraduate careers: lab reports, summaries of scientific research, and scientific review essays. The course will focus on drafting and revising various reports written on scientific topics.
