Can anyone recommend me more books like this? Specifically ones dealing with the themes of loneliness and alienation?

I'm reading the Bell Jar by Plath rn, and I feel like it has a lot of similarities. I'm interested in what other people recommend, though.
Do androids dream of electric sheep revolves around loneliness and apathy.

Factorum by Bukowski. Basically Catcher in the Rye, minus the complaining and more sex and drugs. Thats trivializing it tho, and im not trying to talk down the quality of Catcher, but thats how I felt when reading factorum; it was Catcher on steroids, or rather vicodin.
I guess another way to look at it would be if Kerouac wrote Catcher and added a couple degrees of vulgarity uncharacteristic of his own writing.
