But friend, big works of literature can be taxing on the mind and a taster in between can do wonders for rejuvinating interest. I've read three big novels of the same author in a row now and need something to freshen me up before I finish her oevre. Don't get me wrong though, me taking a break says nothing about Rowling's capability as a writer. But there's only so much 'magic boy growing up'-literature I can take in a row.
