If you like Chuck Palahniuk, I guess you'd probably like Bret Easton Ellis and Ryu Murakami too (who are much better than Chuck anyway but even then that's only a start to something better).

Ellis' American Psycho is probably his most well-known and enjoyed. Ryu Murakami's In The Miso Soup or Audition (yes, THAT Audition) are both enjoyable.
