Is pic related worth going for?
I like the basic ideas of hobbes ,so am thinking about knowing a little more about them.So Is this a decent translation ?
I am also in a tight budget.

It's definitely worth going for, however i am not certain of the penguin classic one.But i guess the original was written in english ,so it won;t matter much.

Well it's a good list indeed, say it before in an another post here.
However my concern is regarding this version(penguin classic),is this a decent one?
It was written in English. Get any edition.

If you want a decent copy, I think the Oxford World's Classics are cheap on Amazon, £3.99 or something like that.

Is there a reason you keep asking this question over and over?
As answered before:
Only the 1668 version is in Latin. The Penguin edition uses only the 1651 English version, so nothing is translated.
That's why I recommend the Hackett edition (ISBN 0872201775) - it incorporates variants from the 1668 version, and include useful notes, glossary, and index.

No, it's not a decent one.
