What does he mean by "Perhaps"? Is he roughly talking about Philosophers who investigate things that might be true, as opposed to must be true? Those involved with probability? If thats all he means then Id say the Analytics and Pragmatists. Analytics on the ground of actual logic of probability, Pragmatists for the emphasis on "maybe truths" abd "good enough truths" than certain truths.
