Pretty much all of Shakespeare's English was entirely natural to me. At worst, the meanings could be easily deduced; by context and so forth.

You should try to work out any unknown word through context; iff that fails, look the word up.

I've got the Norton edition and it provides definitions in the margin for obscure words, or words that have changed meaning. Works great.
