I was thinking of it. If I could fit 10 books in each box, it'd be great, but I don't think flat rate boxes are big enough, because 10 books = $40 in shipping by weight

USPS media mail might work. Basically you can pack the books however you want, but request media mail. You won't get tracking and it may take 2-3 weeks, but it usually costs less than half what priority costs.
