How do you read in bed so your neck doesn't hurt? I've realised that everytime I'm reading for longer than 1 hour my neck starts to hurt, and it's ridiculous. Any tips on that?

dont have such a fat head

>be /fit/
>pushing yourself towards building mass
>try to read in bed
>lack of mobility in chest and shoulders makes for extreme discomfort while reading

I've been reading in my bath and 19th century study chair before bed desu

Rearrange pillows for support. I need at least two, leaning up against the wall.

if you're experiencing a loss of mobility, you aren't stretching enough

I have incorporated a stretching and yoga routine but I'm in my mid 30s and shit doesn't bounce back as fast as it used to. When I stretch my hamstrings it sounds like cold rubber being twisted.

Why don't you get a kindle?

spread legs 30 degrees to stabilize the pelvis. This reduces the twist on your spine

tilt head angle left and right to finish straightening the spine

start olympic lifting

when you acquire ATG BW overhead squat you won't have a single mobility issue ever again in your life

Another /fit/lit/ here. Do some mobility work (focusing on neck and shoulders, but whole body couldn't hurt) before you read, and during breaks.

Do this for your neck and shoulders: https://youtu.be/qarXlGs3ieA
