Today I received my very first rejection letter.
I feel pretty good about it all.
That's not a winner's outlook, OP. Be a winner.

It is a winner's outlook. The piece that got rejected is something I am way past now, 5-6 stories ago for me. I'm going to keep writing, but I'm keeping this letter as proof that I am actually trying to be a writer and not just jerking off onto loose leaf paper.

Form or personalized?
>>7433993
I think it is just a form, but there are a few extra lines. It could be my information about what their form looks like is just outdated.

Oh god shut up, go away no one gives a shit about your life OP go somewhere where people jerk eachother off you massive homo.

You could just not response, I hope the effort you put into the post was worthwhile

>You could just not response
You shouldn't be feeling good about yourself.

A typo is a typo, whatever.
>>7433987
At least you tried. Not trying is the worst thing you can do, no matter how shit your writing is.

Don't worry; once you die in despair and poverty your work will be considered outsider fiction, thus be published and read by hundreds.

I care more about OP's efforts than your whining to be honest.
Post the piece that got rejected.
