For writers block, I never have it. If I'm imagining a scene in my head then it naturally progresses, and I don't come up with new things or instigate change in what I'm imagining, it just logically flows, so I don't have this problem.

I also never have a problem with not wanting to read if I'm reading something by my own choice.

If you remain diligent, your focus will improve. I definitely didn't start out this way. It took about a year of devoting 3 hours a day without exception to reading before I could read straight through without getting bored or distracted. Discipline is a skill in itself.

Fixing writer's block is easy. You divide your writing into a drafting stage and an editing stage. In the drafting stage you allow yourself to write anything, including hot garbage. You take out the garbage, and fix everything else in the editing stage. In both stages, you have to grow to enjoy the actual process nearly as much as having something finished. That's largely the result of learning a lot of technique and getting into the focused state applying it. To do that you have to cut out distractions. Stop shuffling between writing, /lit/, etc. Actually work: 30 min to 1hr stretches with breaks that are staring for like 5 - 10 minutes.

As for lack of motivation, you need to get into the habit of slow, active entertainment like reading over passive, quick entertainment like youtube videos and 4chan.
