What are the most /lit/ countries? cities? Looking for a town where I can meet literary minded people and jerk each other off after I publish my masterpiece
>>
New York, London, Paris

That's it, choose one

All of those cities are terrible now. Maybe 90 years ago you would have been right
>>
>>10033473

heh

Give me your alternatives, nerd, or hand over your lunch money
>>
>>10033473

>>

Galway, Christchurch, Raleigh-Durham
>>
>>10033553

Hand over your fucking lunch money, nerd
>>
>>10033593
no thank you
>>
Edmonton, Astana and, although often over-romanticized and made to seem like some sort of literary utopia, this list just wouldn't be complete without Lappeenranta
>>
>>10033467
edinburgh
oxford
st. petersburg (florida)
>>
>>10033609
Weirdly, I've heard good things about Miami, but (you) say St. Pete. Interesting..
>>
>>10033467
Mexico City, Shanghai,
>>
>>10033618
Different anon, I'll second St.Pete/Tampa

Becanchén

There are none. The vast majority of people are mega-plebs and anywhere big enough to be a city is just going to be wall to wall plebeians.

desu i just set gave you a ticket for the ruse cruise. i dont know anything about st petersburg.

i'm sorry.
>>
>>10033626
Lots of family up north in St. Aug, but though a kooky place with what has to be one of the nicest beaches in the States (Crescent), not lit. Next time down I'll check it out. In FLA lots, but never south and west.

>>10033641
Gads. Thanks, anon.
>>
>>10033656
at least i came clean. and seriously edinburgh is a very nice city. i went on a literary pub tour and had a whale of a time
>>
>>10033660
My thanks not intended to be ironic. I really would've ridden down there to check out bookstores and the like, so I felt genuinely relieved not to have to bother.

Despite what people say, parts of Paris still keep its /lit/ tradition

When I visited one of the arondissements with my mum to see her appartement we went to a used book fair where you could buy all sorts of old classics for a couple of euros

Not many places like that exist anymore
