Should I buy this book? Is it good? Looks like it already got wide appreciation even from opposite gender and men generally doesn't read books written by women.

Probably not, Gamer Gate was a dumb dated meme and I don't know anyone who perpetuated it unironically. Besides it is a fallacy to assume that a victim knows the best way to solve the cause of her victimization.
I'm going to assume that social justice types who don't know how to properly use the Internet will buy this book by the crate, read the intro and maybe the first chapter and realize that it's not worth their time. Probably will be place prominently on their bookshelf to earn some woke points at their next wine tasting.
