I'm serious it's terrible.
In the past year all I have done was try to atrophy everything as much as I could so I would get smaller.

Being a tranny automatically screws with the muscle thing in comparison with a cis girl.
Fuck if I stopped taking AA for a month I would probably have as much testosterone as women competing in some BB category out there...

here's the thing, you wont know what you will look like until you actually get there.

what you need to do is simply bodybuilding, but selectively. want a bigger butt? do exercises that work the glutes. want more shapely legs? hamstrings, and quads for the upper legs, calves on the lower. avoid too much strenuous upper body lifting since you want a bigger lower body than the upper body to achieve a more feminine upper to lower ratio.

which exercises you do specifically is up to you so long as they work the muscles you are trying to improve and not the ones you are avoiding.

and here is one of the most important parts, get better at it, and do more until you are at your goal.
