Well people here might think I'm repressing but what I find works effectively is telling myself the following
A. AGP is very common among males
B. The fact that you're happy to be perceived as a women is because your masculine characteristics aren't appreciated since you're a 'beta' or 'failed male' to borrow /pol/'s terminology, so when your feminine characteristics are recognised it makes you happy.
C. You probably won't pass
D. You can watch videos of trans girls coming out to their fathers, dr phil is a good one.

Wear some well-concealed bra and panties under some gender-neutral clothes and see how you feel interacting with people. It can be scary and an intense AGP rush all at once.
