In other words, you start saying things like
"I am upset because ..." and then you finish the sentence with the first thing that pops into your head.

Then you make a sentence related to that and finish it

Then you create another sentence and finish it

"What other people think about MTFs affects me because..."

Then you finish another sentence

"I want people to like me because..."
