Almost all 'high estrogen' foods are cheap. Soy is pig feed. Chickpeas are cheap. Split peas/mung beans and alfalfa sprouts are cheap. Flax is not expensive if you avoid the garbage hipster places and know how to shop. The supplements are unregulated bullshit snake oil 9/10 times. Fix the diet first before you start adding them willy nilly.

seconded, I don't have insurance and I'm on HRT. It's cheaper than insurance, and it's not usually covered by the most affordable plans anyway
