The feeling happens at a couple times, I found. It happens in the first few months, when you're just starting out- it happens when you see a girl in the mirror finally, and eventually, it just randomly happens.
Sometimes I just smile now, when thinking about my life. I'm living my dream life, simply by being a girl. Most people don't achieve their goals they had when children, but I did by transitioning, and I think that's just amazing.
Also, at big events. I graduated uni not long ago, and honestly I think the happiest part about all of it for me was graduating as who I truly am.
