Usually it's a transgirl's looks. If she is young and not ugly. Has feminine features but doesn't pass because of some masculine features that just ruin it(man brow, big ribcage, big nose). As far as i know, twinkhons usually dress really badly. Still has chasers who want to have sex with her tho.

It's steps above an older transitioner who not only has masculinized so much they turn into an old freak, but also dresses awfully and has such an awful body, so basically:

Yeah younger trans people usually dress their age. Non neet transgirls who have actual lives dress fashionably and twinkhons usually dress like middle schoolers or wear clothing cis girls don't really wear like skirts(seriously no cis girls wear skirts anymore).
