I have very severe BDD and really fucking bad gender dysphoria (both diagnosed) that comes and goes, sometimes weeks at a time.

Being out around a lot of people all the time is already super hard with work, as much as transitioning would remove some of the gender dysphoria I believe it would worsen my BDD because I'd be even more stressed about people looking at me and staring at my non cis features

If you feel like your chest may get too large, or your face gets too feminine, you can just stop and it'll stop, and probably go back most the way.
