I've been on hormones for about 10 months and recently I've noticed stretch marks forming around my nipples
my breasts have been growing more lately (which is great) and I haven't really gained any weight...but the marks are NOT cute and it's making me depressed to think about
how normal is this? for the marks to just be around the nipple

It's just something that happens when your skin is growing quickly

You'll have them for life now, my butt is covered in stretch marks.
You can try to stop more forming by stretching the skin from the sides of your ribs forward gently and repeatedly. Whether it helps I'm not sure, but that's what I've heard.

Apply moisturizer to your chest. It helps your skin when it's stretching to have enough moisture.
Anyway, yeah, AFAB people end up with breast stretch marks. I'm an FtM and my boobs were covered in them for a while because I went from an A to a C/D between 7th and 8th grade. They do fade and are totally unnoticeable eventually.
