Okay, so trans.
1) There is zero evidence that this is what made you trans. There is a correlation between being trans and developing AGP, with the chance being much higher if you're late onset, but it's not deterministic and transsexuality itself is thought to have another cause.
2) Autogynephilia tends to go away after one medically and socially transitions for a lengthy period of time.

Congratulations! You're already closer to true self acceptance than 99% of transgenders.

You've realized something very important: you aren't a woman inside, but you've still got a good reason for potentially wanting to transition, or for dealing with it in some other way.

You should read some books like Men Trapped In Men's Bodies, and seek solidarity with others like yourself. Your life is up to you to live as authentically and truthfully as you dare, now.

And don't listen to anyone who tells you AGP doesn't exist or isn't the true nature of transgender for so many people. The reason they say that is because they want to keep power, even if it keeps you suffering and silent.

AGP is a real and valid sexual orientation, just like heterosexuality or homosexuality. There's a reason people here discuss AGP a lot. It is a useful framework for understanding real lives.
