Switch to spiro/cypro (but cypro isn't really recommended in your situation due to depression) but keep the finasteride to counter mpb.

But i feel like you tho. Most trans people, fags and lgbt in general are EXTREMELY toxic. This place gone from my source about hrt and skincare to my daily reminder about how ridiculous is the "cancer medicine fanbase"
