Pitch doesn't matter so much; there's a reason females at a low pitch still sound unmistakably like females, if anything just females pretending to be men. Resonance and inflection, mostly resonance. If you can comfortably reach 220hz or so, your pitch is actually fine, it'll take some practise to get used to it though of course.
