What I know for sure is that making your browridge and chin recessed definitely makes you look more feminine.

Surgery is always a gamble, with any kind of operation. If you do your research well you could get amazing results, but there's always a chance you won't be happy with how it ends up. Decide for yourself if the rewards outweigh the risks.

Will it make your face 100% female? No, of course not, that's a meme. It can temper your masculine features, though. As someone with a bigger brow ridge than I'd like, I'm hopeful FFS will fix it someday.

I have to be clear for something so important:

"masculine" means big, its not JUST the brow or how protrusive the brow is, it's:

how "thick"/"bulky" ALL your bones looks.

There are females with more protrusive brows than >>8748398 but they're thinner/finer than a males, and their other features are daintier/sleeker.

So yes it'll work because you'll make your bones daintier/smaller

It won't reduce your shoulders, ribcage, hands, or feet. I'd still do it myself if I didn't have to pay for it, but otherwise it's hard to see it as important as things like a trachea shave/SRS

It's good for transgirls with stronger jawlines, otherwise the gains are pretty minimal form what I've seen.
