the "problem" is in our brain in kinda the same way as hunger is only a problem in the brain *initially*. Like when u get hungry its your brains signal to eat. Dysphoria is your brains signal that you need to change ur body. Hunger isn't a physical effect, it's your brain telling you to take action in order to prevent any actual physical effects of malnutrition.
