Look, we have a high suicide rate. That much is established. It's vastly improved by a couple things- accepting environments and successful transitions. Both of those are becoming more and more common.

And don't build your identity around being trans. You'll find yourself alone if you do, and when you no longer look or sound trans, that identity will be killed and you'll be left with nothing. So make sure to be a human and develop some real interests.

I've been on HRT for over a decade now, and pass well. But I've never been able to ride the cock carousel and I'll never get a beta provider because I can't give him children.

Despite passing and being post SRS/FFS, my dysphoria is still an ever present force. Years of dysphoria, bullying in childhood, and a single-minded focus on looks have given me irreversible BDD. This is exacerbated by the fact that my looks are going to be gone in a matter of years.

I can only imagine what it's like to have transitioned in your mid 20s and basically never get to experience even a glimmer of the youthful female experience. To those, I'm so, so sorry. Being old is fucking terrible.

I'm in my 40s, started at age 21, had SRS. No intention of an heroing. Health is excellent and I still get called "miss" sometimes. My neovag is fine, don't believe the memes about a festering wound.
Things haven't changed so much except that dating sucks. There was a definite drop off once I got into my 30s. It's not just about me though. Most guys my age haven't taken very good care of themselves and look terrible. My sex drive isn't that high though and I'm not desperate so I can afford to be choosy.
The one interesting thing is that as women my age hit menopause while I stay on HRT, I think I'm going to start comparing more favorably. It's a shame that so many men have hangups about transwomen.

No. Successful tranny suicide rate isn't that high actually compared to other mental illnesses. They attempt suicide a lot for attention or to pressure people into accepting their fetish. To give you an example: A mentally ill tumblr-snowflake who custs her wrists with a knife just once and then her parents call the ambulance... yes, that alone will count as a suicide attempt and go into the statistic.

You see it in MtF generals too. They always talk about suicide but none of them actually does it, they just want to pity themselves and gain sympathy. Most of them are weak cowards so obviously shit doesn't happen.

The thing for me is to just accept myself for who I am, that my experience of life is valid and worthwhile, even if it's different. This is more of that old, "people who mention suicide don't mean it" myth. While our suicide rates are not so high as people meme (see above), what you said is also untrue. Most successful suicides (~80%) were preceded by some indication of suicidal thoughts. The idea that "really" suicidal people never mention thinking about it is a total fiction.

It's not just the west. As a rule, almost every developed country will have low birthrates. See Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, etc. And even undeveloped countries have far lower birthrates than they historically did, Bangladesh for example has gone from 7 to 2 births per woman in just half a century. Most of the Muslim countries stormfags like to say have super high birthrates really just have 2-3 births per woman, and a lot of them like Iran even have western-level birthrates of 1.8

The problem is a few severely underdeveloped African countries that bring the worldwide average up. Niger alone, for example, has nearly 8 births per woman.

This one can't be stressed enough. The more you can decouple your sense of self from your trans status, your pronouns, or even more mundane things like your job (unless you have a super intense career like doctor) the easier it gets.
