Because people who actually focus on thinking that they're naturally feminine tend to be way over the top femme, and non-heterosexuals don't tend to do that as much.

In reality, very few women are femme all the time, or even most of the time. It's tiring as fuck and seems to be more orientated for guys to prefer us. Since I'm a dyke, I don't give a shit about what guys want me to be.

So the trans people who don't feel the need to constantly be feminine actually end up being closer to real females, because they understand that they're allowed to have actual interests and hobbies that don't sound like they came from a 50's housewife manual on how women should behave.

B and L trans women seem to be more likely to accept the fact that masculine interests don't make you less of a woman, probably because they hang around with B and L cis women and they see that we're fine with having masculine interests.

Straight trans women go about trying to make themselves as femme as they can in the hopes of trying to pick up guys on the virtue of being the most feminine person around.
