Im no doctor but it sounds to me like some of this may stem from past incidents that have accrued. Its like BDSM people get off on the pain and enjoyment that it brings them... For you you enjoy the pain and not the sexual aspect of it, Witch to me sounds like there this may stem from past incidents where you got hurt and kind of enjoyed it in one way or another. Honestly and truthfully I would recommend seeing a phycoligest there kind of cheep these days they herd and seen it all! Trust me when I say that I just started seeing one a year ago for c-ptds ,major depression and anxiety.. I am on meds and see my please excuse the term shrink weekly and we have gotten some huge steps to fixing things...
