I used to have a golden olive skin tone with barely any blemishes.
Now I'm pale as milk and have freckles to boot.
I don't remember how pale I was before puberty, but my hair went from actually copper to a much more brown, now it's reversing on hormones. Skin is definitely getting cleaner as well.
Hormonal pigment stuff is pretty consistent, my brother went blond>brown in puberty and my sister went brown>auburn.
