That applies to any sort of condition service members need to take regular medication for, it would be more tactful to say it's about medication, rather than mentioning trans people specifically.

I grew up thinking it's the most heroic thing, which I do think had truth to it in ww2/vietnam. and you're a disappointment if you think otherwise.
