Well if you know the effects of hrt and are comfortable with it you could possibly think of transitioning. Not transitioning due to social consequences isn't a reason for not being trans either.
If there were no consequences, and you'd still wish to transition knowing everything it does to your body, then there's a decent chance your trans. But it's up to you to really decide if it's what you want.
