That's definitely achievable, just be ready for your femboy to eventually grow out of their look. They'll still probably maintain the cuteness/prettiness, but it's hard to maintain the femboy look beyond the 20s or so. I think they're mostly rare due to the combination of soft male genes/being gay/coming out factor.
