NO YOU FOOLS! NOW IT'S NOT HOT ANYMORE. You're supposed to tease about it, make it *almost* but never cannon. It's a million times better if my mind can fill in the juicy bits itself. This is the art of creating slashable characters. It's how you make things as depth, you see they characters don't just want to fuck each other, there's something more! They might be rivals or child-hood friends.

Nah. I'm a gay CIS man. I just grew up on this sort of stuff. Back in the past there were virtually no gay characters even anime or games (outside of some obscure 1 episoide OVAs which were fucking terrible). Slash is all I had, and I legitimately think it's better than actually having gay characters.
Fujoshi are awesome. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have had anything at all. They are also the source of income that keeps the good stuff flowing, Free! would never have happened without them.
