Did your hairline used to be good? You're young so hrt plus fina/duta will bring it back. Also use minoxidil with a microneedle roller. It can usually recover like 3-4 years of loss.

Finasteride or dutasteride
I think hrtgen disappeared awhile ago and nobody remade it unfortunately
But for best hair recovery try cyproterone acetate + estradiol + finasteride and use 5-15% topical minoxidil with microneedling. Even if there's no vellus hair microneedling can recover vellus hair and minoxidil can regrow it as long as you're also on hrt anyway. If not on hrt it's an uphill battle and you'll probably lose, MPB is pretty strong.
Best of luck OP, don't get too down on yourself! At your age MPB is still new so hrt will easily work
