That term isn't something people use in real life. You're either a man or a woman. If you look like a man wearing women's clothing then you're gonna be called a man (or possibly something way more offensive). Manly women rarely look as bad as hons. They usually have one or two really sad manly features but you still realize they're female. I once met this asian exchange student girl who had a chin larger than any man I've ever seen. The viewer of the photo will see you looking warmly at THEM rather than staring dumbly at an object that was in front of you at the time the picture was taken.
