I am a sociopath. I'm not saying that to sound fashionable. I clinically lack empathy. I also suffer from tendencies from almost every cluster-B personality disorder. I hear noise in my head. Silencing the internal dialog is always exhausting and always short lived. Disorganized thoughts are less burdensome if you are able to invest yourself in a hobby or interest that is a healthy outlet for yourself. Managing to hold that interest is the real challenge.
