Is qhi still a reliable source for estrogen? I've been on hrt (progynova and cypro) from there for 6 months and while my T is gone my estrogen is still within male ranges
It seems like my estrogen just hasn't been working and I'm concerned for someone close to me also starting hrt from qhi
Is qhi selling fake estrogen?

Have you tried taking your progy with food? Food boosts your levels of esterases in the stomach which will make it absorb quicker

Yes I usually do, but my estrogen doesn't seem to have changed much from about 45 pg/dl one month on hrt to 36 pg/dl now
I'm very confused because I've also been seeing a lot of positive changes like boobs and fat redistribution, but my blood test say otherwise

Dose? What kind of Estrogen? Brand?
If you're able to do blood tests, why are they still not offering the official route?

I think they are but I'm more comfortable self medding at the moment, unless it's really not working

Not sure about her, but in my country there are private labs that do paid blood tests for whatever stuff you need without asking any questions, as long as you're over 18. Also, drug stores rarely ask for prescription when it comes to hormones(at least for MtF)
On the downside, trans health care is very scarce, virtually nonexistent, so most people have to self-med until they pass and can convince the psychiatrists to give them an official diagnosis.

I might up it to 6 desu
Either that or consider patches
progynova is the actual *brand*, they're the only real name in DIY estradiol valerate AFAIK
