So I turn 24 in a week and I still haven't transitioned yet. I doubt I would even resemble a woman if I did finally go through with it at this point. The worst thing is I've known my whole life I just never told anyone. I really let my life turn to shit and I don't even think I can fix it at this point. Anyways how do I stop being a coward and finally do something about it this year? I don't want to be making the same post next year and be even more hopeless.

Just bite the bullet and get on HRT. Don't worry about passing or trying to present as female. Honestly, the peace of mind will matter more than any of that. If you end up passing, then by all means, start presenting as female. If not, continue doing what you were doing.
