First of all, you're bisexual. You like two different sexes. Being bi doesn't mean you like everyone of the same sex, nor does it mean you like everyone of the opposite sex. Plenty of bis like and dislike wholly different ranges of people, and the only thing in common is that both males and females exist in this category.

Second of all, this is what the Q is for. Queer just means "not straight", and encompasses every other label not in LGBT. We don't need to tack on a million different letters; we can just add on a Q for the snowflakes and call it good.
