I think there are more than two options for how they spin their crazy. It's probably true that a lot of them have other mental problems and gender insecurity could be symptomatic of that. Around here and places like this Gender Identity Disorder is treated like the diplomatic freedom of disorders. If you have GID then your behavior and posts are not accountable to anyone or anything.
