What are some lgbt movies which do not feature canonically queer stuff but are highly suggestive? Let's try to avoid discussing anime as that is already discussed massively.
-A Nightmare on Elm Street 2 is pretty homo-erotic with the entire plot easily interpreted as a metaphor for a gay teen discovering his feelings, being disgusted by them, and unable to communicate them. The writers later acknowledged this was intentional
-The Last Unicorn appears to be about body/identification confusion. The later half of the movie revolves around the titular unicorn turning into a human by accident and despising her change.
