Because they believe the myth that FFS can make you look female, when in fact it just makes you look like this.

Also, plastic surgery is addictive.
Once you have a little, you want more.
The pain killers are a rush.
You look in the mirror and you look different so you think, "Wow, I look better!"
Gradually it creeps up on you.
You don't notice that you are starting to look like a freak because we can't see ourselves clearly.
If you don't have good friend to warn you, you wake up one morning and realize you've become a monster.
Cutting yourself is never the solution.

It really depends, but @upandoutcomic is very cute in my opinion. But some trans people are just doomed.

FFS works better if you get it portion by portion, but it's significantly more expensive (Just simply paying for anesthetic multiple times is very expensive) so most people get it all at once which ends up looking horrible.
My plan is to first get a rhinoplasty, then brow, and then see how I look from there.
