If you're in a college lecture, most of the kids are probably half-asleep and won't remember much about the professor after they leave, nevermind the other people there. Why do you care so much about what others might be thinking anyway? It's not something that matters, so try and stop yourself from getting caught in a loop of thinking about it and do whatever makes you comfortable. That's the advice I always give anyway.
