It literally doesn't matter which therapist you go to because it's not something which the medical industry is involved in, it's a political issue. Yes there's a fake facade of there actually being some sort of medical motivation behind it all but in reality at the end of the day whether you get hormones or not is entirely dependent on your doctors personal beliefs, the area you live in, current political activities where you live, etc.
If you took enough therapists and said the exact same thing to every therapist you'd most likely get hormones from some, none from others. It's completely random, or sort of random, as I said it depends on the political environment where you live.
